This game is a visual novel kinda thingie that follows BB in her personal life as she runs a bed-and-breakfast (the BBB&B) and battles deadly creatures from another world called blood biters. It’s mostly just text scenes, but the game also has fight scenes where you decide what actions to take in combat with lots of little branching paths and outcomes based on your decisions

STORY SUMMARY
In April 2030, BB returns to Breaker Bay, California after a short little vacation, and finds a young woman being harassed by her “friends”, who are actually monsters known as blood biters that have taken over her friends’ bodies.
BB intervenes and defeats the blood biters, introducing herself to the girl, Bonnie, who has just recently moved to the city. After explaining that her friends are already long gone, having been taken over by the blood biters, she invites Bonnie back to the bed-and-breakfast she owns and runs on her own – the BBB&B – to keep her safe, as the building is magically protected to keep blood biters out. Bonnie doesn’t really have much of a choice, and follows her.
BB knows blood biters typically arrive in “waves”, usually started by 1 blood biter in particular who, over time, is able to infect other humans, who can then be taken over by more of the monsters. Her ideal goal is to find and kill the one who began the current infestation ASAP, as that will result in the instant death of any others that have been created since then, though she has no qualms about killing any others she comes across in pursuit of the progenitor.
Her investigation leads her to a shitty nearby nightclub, and inside she confronts the owner – a man named Balthazar, whom BB is immediately able to peg as a blood biter, and the one who began the newest infestation. Balthazar also recognizes BB by her reputation as “the bane of the blood biters”, and retreats, siccing his goons on her.
She stops by the Blue Bull Workshop, run by her mechanic friend Bridget, who repairs and amplifies BB’s rocket-powered Big Bang Baseball Bat, and later, her katana-wielding pet bulldog, Bazooka, helps her track down Balthazar’s new hideout.
Unbeknownst to BB, Balthazar is running low on energy and thus, the ability to infect more humans and open the way for more of his blood biter brethren to arrive on Earth, as she has been killing his minions far faster than he could have anticipated. He tries to cut a deal with her to delay their battle to regain his strength, and in exchange he will agree to hold off on infecting any more humans.
BB refuses, and must chase down Balthazar as he attempts to flee once more. As he retreats, he infects a mother, who immediately goes on to transform her own two children into blood biters, and after calling upon some hidden, beastly strength within, BB is forced to kill them all, earning one last taunt from one of Balthazar’s henchmen implying that BB was responsible for the blood biters being able to appear in this world in the first place…
Balthazar sends the remainder of his minions to the BBB&B in a final attempt to either kill or, or at least tire her out enough for him to finish the job himself. BB mows them all down, and battles Balthazar on the roof of an abandoned warehouse down the street.
After a long, bloody brawl, BB manages to defeat the blood biter, blasting him to nothingness with her Big Bang Bat, and bringing an end to the infestation.
Peace returns to Breaker Bay. Bonnie, having nowhere else to go, and having found some enjoyment in helping the other guests at the B&B during the lockdown, becomes BB’s first employee. Bridget requests that BB become her personal trainer to get her in shape and teach her how to fight, as she intends to help her in future battles against the blood biters. BB is not on board with the idea, as battling the blood biters is too dangerous, and she considers it her sole responsibility.
The girls then enjoy some well-deserved relaxation, before BB must leave town for a few days to work at her mysterious “other job”…
