Hi everybuddy. Here with a lil check-in update post thingie kinda going over some plans, ideas, thoughts, etc
BLOOD BITER BEATDOWN 2
Still progressing along. Should be finished in the next few months. The game has been hit with some delays though because I have to make these stupid battle sprites which I deeply regret deciding to have in the game lol. I dunno how to do pixel art and I hate making them so I’ve kinda put off working on the game some nights when I just wasn’t in the mood, but still, the game’ll be finished in a few months. Finally. Thankfully.
MOMMY MANHANDLER
The game is still in a slowed update pace; I’ll still be uploading a new version on the 3rd Saturday of every other month. Ver R1.7’s early early access went up for BANG BUDDY members on Patreon last month, so expect R1.8’s early early access update on June 20
I have however decided that future updates to the game will pretty much just be sex scenes (and a few non sex scene convos in between as needed). I really wanted the game to have more actual serious story, but from what I can tell, most people don’t really care about that, and I’ve been told people skip around a lot as well, so it just doesn’t seem like it’s worth putting the story stuff in at this point. Better off finding another place for that
But the game will still continue to be updated. Smaller updates until BBB2 is finished, then it’ll pick up in content a bit more until MM is fully finished. idk when that’ll be; prolly not until sometime next year but we’ll see I guess
DRAWINGS
If you don’t have eyeballs or a pulse, you might’ve missed that I mostly just draw Domina nowadays. That will continue for the foreseeable future
I know some peeps have expressed disappointment or wanted me to draw other stuff, but I’m not really feeling it right now. Last year, I was able to replace my second job with drawing commissions, which is amazing but also very very time consuming lol. And while the plan was to eventually get my Patreon thingie up enough that I could spend less time on commissions and shift that to other stuff, that prolly won’t happen. My twitter account just hasn’t really grown in like almost 2 years at this point, so drawing commissions will remain my main priority with lewd drawings since I need it to make munnies rn
And because I have to spend so much time on comms, I don’t have as much free time for personal drawings. And sometimes I kinda don’t feel like drawing in my free time anyway (I usually don’t even wanna be on the computer or even inside lol). That’s the main reason I’ve slowed down a lot on my regular personal lewd drawings over the last few months/year
However, when Domina was revealed I got that spark back in me and so that’s why I’ve been drawing her a lot. And like I said earlier, that will continue cuz I really like it; it’s the most fun I’ve had drawing for myself in a very very long time. I’m sorry for anyone who’s disappointed that I’m not really doing anything else (other than request raffle drawings on Patreon ig), but I just don’t really have as much inspiration or motivation to do drawings of other stuff in the little time that I have, and since most of my stuff doesn’t really do super great in general, I’d rather spend that time on stuff I actually like
BRAVE BANGERS
Okay so this is a pretty big one I guess and the main meat of this post prolly
I have decided that I am gonna kinda “reboot” my BRAVE BANGERS stories/characters/universe/whatever and turn it into a big project on my sfw account. That doesn’t mean I’m not gonna draw lewds of them or anything, in fact I’m hoping to be able to do that more often in the near future
I think at this point I’ve finally started accepting that I’m not gonna be able to make the games and projects that I’ve had in my mind for these characters for almost 5 years at this point, but I want them to exist in SOME form. So I’m most likely going to convert all of the stories into sfw webnovels/short stories and post them on whatever site(s) are appropriate for those and update them regularly over time
I don’t expect them to do well or anything, but I think having sfw stories available on sites that are for that kinda thing will give them at least a LITTLE attention compared to the practically none they get right now on this site lol. I figure every now and then maybe some random person will find one of the stories and like em and…idk. That’ll be nice I guess, compared to the drought and crickets on here
I just really need to get all these ideas out in SOME form, and I think this is the best way to get as many of them done as possible. And then maybe eventually I can make other kindsa projects too we’ll see. I’m also considering making a second site and keeping all the sfw stuff organized and collected on there; no risk of that site going down which’ll be nice lol
As far as the nsfw side goes, I still plan to draw lewd art of my characters, and maybe even write little stories as well every now and then when I’m in the mood. Those will be posted on Patreon and on this website and it’ll basically be treated as “fanart” I guess lol
I was thinking of maybe doing a little thing where every month ish I just do a BRAVE BANGERS drawing of some kind. Maybe do some weird/new pairings between characters. Maybe even throw in actual fanart characters in too idk yet. And I was also thinking of using peeps’ submitted Bang Buddy characters in those as well. Maybe have like a little prompt or caption to kinda make them a little bit more interesting than just standard drawings. I haven’t fully decided yet but be on the lookout for some experimentation with that in the nearish future
So yeah that’s kinda where I’m at right now these past few months. Expect some pretty big changes later this year as I start figuring things out, finishing projects, getting other shit set up, etc
